WHO IS THE RELOCATION STRATEGIST
The RS is a professional who has transversal skills: is a residential rental expert,
trained both on a technical-juridical level (constantly assisted by the team of technicians and legal consultants), and on the social, cultural and economic dynamics of the reference market. He is a figure of connection between all the parties in the field of the rental market including agencies
real estate. The RS knows the times, the rules, the weaknesses and the strengths of the various markets perfectly and puts its own Know How at the service of tenants.
HOW THE RELOCATION STRATEGIST WORKS
The Strategist during the interview, collects all the information to identify the needs of the future tenant to trace a profile of high reliability and solvency, indispensable elements both for making appointments to visit the properties and for obtaining an acceptance of the proposal. At this point the Strategist will assist the future tenant in all phases:

reporting of properties

the revision of the form (lease proposal, private agreements, attachments, etc…)

an effective strategy highlighting and filling any gaps found (from the trivial lack of time to the communication error on one's references or the lack of certification of the same).

Technical support for the review and interpretation of the lease also for international tenants who do not know the Italian language
